Dear John,

On Thanksgiving Day there were multiple murders committed in Jupiter. The US Marshalls and local police are reaching out to the Realtor community for help in locating this alleged killer before anyone else is harmed.

Because he has not surfaced nor been seen since the murders, many in law enforcement believe he may have rented a property in Palm Beach, Martin or St Lucie counties with a garage, waiting for the intense search to blow over.

Law enforcement officials are asking Realtors to look closely at the killer's picture, and recall if you've seen this man in recent transactions.

Sincerely,

Regional MLS

A drive to safety
Yesterday I was driving over a local bridge in a bad storm. I snapped a quick picture of what I was seeing on the road with my phone. It took a second and my eyes never left the road. Anyone seeing the picture could tell that there was no oncoming traffic and no cars ahead of me. More »

Premium Members "This year, we are intergalactic. I am currently working with a first-time homebuyer who has now narrowed down their home search to, well, Earth. Others have reinvented themselves with bank-owned property gigs or by becoming the short-sale experts. Mobile: Forever the 'next big thing'?
From time to time, two separate but somewhat related zeitgeist memes cross like the positronic streams in "Ghostbuster" and cause a big to-do of sorts. This week, Marc Davison of 1000watt Consulting wrote about social media snake oil salespeople: "The snake oil of waves of social media gurus in real estate is truly well greased. It's time to stop being so gullible and clutching at straws." More »
